The pool area was overcrowded, and the staff's attitude was less than welcoming, which added to our disappointment.

The entire experience was fantastic, with a beautiful, massive public pool that offered stunning forest views. My room was spacious, clean, and came with an incredible view that was hard to beat. Although the private pool was a bit chilly, the complimentary Balinese massage I received was a lovely surprise. The food was another highlight. each meal was delicious and plentiful, making it a memorable stay for relaxation and indulgence.

The property features stunning jungle views and a beautifully designed space that feels harmonious with nature. Highlights include the luxurious pool and a delicious buffet breakfast with traditional Indonesian dishes—and the floating breakfast is a must-try! I appreciated the spacious bathroom, complete with a private mini-pool, though the water was a bit cool. Staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Remember to enjoy the live music at the bar in the evenings for a perfect end to the day.
